At Snapcart, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of online retail and handcrafted products, the following conditions apply.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

    Unused, unworn, and in original condition

    Returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging

    Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Handcrafted or pre-order items (unless defective)

    Items returned after 7 days

    Items damaged due to misuse or wear

    Items without original packaging or tags

    Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos or videos as evidence.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment or before production begins.

Once a handcrafted or pre-order item enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
